Billing can be:

Monthly retainer - determined by a client's goals and objectives and the activity associated with achieving these. Monthly activity is scoped prior to the start of each month, with clients invoiced monthly. Preferred by many clients this format delivers a strategic, flexible arrangement allowing both parties to focus on a structured scope of work.

Project based - determined by a client's requirements and the agreed plan to meet them. Projects may span two months or longer, be a basic strategy or communications program through to a full business creation strategy or new product development schedule. Naturally if the scope of the project changes from the original brief and additional activities are required; or the project duration exceeds the agreement, the fee is renegotiated.
Clients are invoiced for 50% of the project fee upfront and the final 50% in the final month of the project. Out of pocket costs are quoted in the project fee and invoiced accordingly.

Hourly rate - LOCKE pty ltd is available to assist clients on an hourly basis. The hourly rate varies depending on requirements and scope of work.  We cap our senior rate at $250 per hour.
